Latvia launches all-singing, all-dancing new passport

The Latvian Passport (Latest version issued January 2015) is huge on culture. It incorporates in its design the Latvian Song and Dance Festival, an excerpt from the national anthem, and even a traditional Latvian belt, which is part of the national costume.
